Refund Policy

 

Returns
If you are unhappy with your pieces, you may return the item within 7 days. Email yasmine@themelati.com for return instructions.
Once the item has been received you will get an email notification, and so long as it has been returned unused, in the same condition, your credit card/Paypal will be refunded within a few days.


Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
So long as the item was returned unused, a refund will be issued to your credit card within a few days.

*Melati will not refund customers for missing items that were delivered or returned without tracking*

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Melati only replaces items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to yasmine@themelati.com
Shipping
To return your product, email yasmine@themelati.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
